Your valid driving licence, a credit card in the driver's name, an ID document, and a proof of address less than 3 months old (utility bill, rent receipt or certificate) which may be requested at pick-up, as per our rental conditions, please bring it. Foreign licences are accepted; a non-Latin alphabet licence may require an international permit.

Before the keys are handed over, a pre-authorisation is blocked on your credit card (not charged). It corresponds to the vehicle's excess (depending on category and protection plan) plus a €100 fuel guarantee. It is released at return if everything is in order.

The Basic plan is included in your rental price. It covers third-party liability plus theft and damage protection, with the excess applicable to the vehicle category. Passengers, glass, tyres, underbody and roof do not benefit from the enhanced protections included in the higher plans.

MultiAuto offers 4 complementary protection levels: Basic + Glass & tyre cover, no excess on glass and tyres. Essentiel, theft and damage excess reduced by 50%. Confort, theft and damage excess reduced by 50%, passenger cover and no excess on glass and tyres. Sérénité, maximum protection: passenger cover, glass and tyres with no excess, underbody and roof cover, and theft/damage excess removed or capped depending on the vehicle category. The price and exact excess are shown at booking, based on vehicle and rental duration. Accessories are never covered by the insurance.

Yes. Unlimited mileage is included on all our vehicles: drive between Saint-Denis, the West, the South and the Highlands without watching the odometer or fearing extra charges.

Full to full: you collect the vehicle with a full tank and return it full. A €100 fuel guarantee is included in the deposit; it is released if the tank is full on return.

You can rent from 18 years old. A flat young driver fee of €50 applies to drivers under 23 or holding their licence for less than 2 years; it is added automatically during booking. Some premium categories may have specific conditions, shown at booking.
